Anton has been a butcher since he was 16 years old, which is many years! He has vast knowledge and experience and there is nothing Anton does not know about the meat market. He has served many high profile customers during his career.

Soraya has been in the food and catering industry for 8 years, and is experienced in many areas. Her particular expertise is in our entertaining section. Her afternoon teas are one of the best, along with her homemade cakes, bread and pastries.
